Occupational Medicine
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• Patient Load: Average of 20-30 patients per shift
• Must be able to perform assess, & treat the following:

  • Sutures, splinting, diagnosing ortho injuries, experience with removing free-flowing eye debris, conduct pre-employment physicals, treat back, shoulder and knee injuries, etc.
    • Demographics is a lot of workers comp
    • DOT Certification
    • DEA Certification
    • EMR system: OccuFlex

CRNA:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Preferred: 4×10-hour shifts
• Will Consider: 3×12-hour shifts
• No Call Required
• Supervised Role – CRNAs work under a medical direction care team model
• Cases: General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Endoscopy, Cath lab, IR special cases, etc.

  • No open hearts, epidurals, nerve blocks or transplants
    • Case Load: 130-180 cases per day (can exceed 200 with more staff)
    • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
    • There are 15 Anesthesiologists $ 70 CRNA’s on staff
    • Equipped with Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines
    • Must be Board Certified
    • Must have SC license (compact accepted) & DEA
    • Must have ACLS, BLS, & PALS

• Coverage Needed: April – ongoing

  • April 19th (7p-7a)
  • May 18th, 23rd, 24th (7a-7p)
    • Shift Times: 7a-7p (can vary)
    • Provide high-quality emergency medical care in a rural hospital setting
    • Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 physician and 2 mid-level providers covering shifts from 9A-9P and 12P-12A
    • Manage patient admissions, care duties, and complex cases as required
    • Transfer severe trauma, stroke, and cardiac cases to tertiary centers as needed (either by ground or air)
    • Open ICU
    • Must be Board Certified
    • Must have BLS, ATLS
    • Must be enrolled in Medicaid/Medicare and PECOS
    • Also must be Covid Vaccinated
    • Utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR system
