Primary Care NP/PA Locums Needed in Stamford, CT – Job 3137

Description

We are currently working with Hartford HealthCare Corporation at their Hartford Health Primary Care clinic in Stamford, CT. They are seeking Primary Care APP coverage starting September 1st. At Hartford Health their goal is to create a community of caregivers that engage in developing a coordinated, consistent, high standard of care. Primary Care APP:
• Seeking coverage starting September 1st – Ongoing

• 6-9 Months of Coverage
  • Open Monday-Friday 8a-5p
  • Need at least 3 consecutive days but prefer 5
  • Will have 1 hour lunch: 12p-1p
  • Patient Load: 15-20 patients per day
  • Patient Age Range: 5 years and up
  • Will have time within the shift to for admin work
  • Support Staff: LPN and MA
  • EMR: PEIC
  • Will need to be credentialed with Hartford (30-60 days)
  • $80/hr
