Overview:
The Talent Society provides physicians for temporary staffing at healthcare facilities nationally covering all specialties. Our recruiters match physicians to hospitals and clinics that are seeking physician coverage while they are understaffed.
What we are NOT looking for:
- Working Remote
- Anyone wanting a typical 8a-5p job with a set schedule
- If you do not have proficient computer skills
- If you do not have a proven track record of hitting goals
- Not capable of adapting
- Poor Spelling and Grammar

Responsibilities:
- Working Monday to Friday, 8a-5p and available to answer calls and emails after hours (required to be in our office, and not remote)
- Must be comfortable on the phone
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Making 100 outbound dials per day until you are fully ramped up
- Developing long term relations with physicians and internal team members
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Sales or Recruiting Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
- Proficient in Spelling and Grammar
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (will be responding to many emails daily)
- A desire to work independently and a champion for teamwork
