Outpatient

Hematology / Oncology:
• Seeking ongoing coverage starting ASAP
• Monday – Friday (will consider 3 days per week)
• Hours: 8a-5p
• Average of 15 patients per day
• Will see 60% Hematology and 40% Oncology
• Working solo
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have an active KY State license and DEA
• EMR: MediTech
• Credentialing / Privileging: 45-60 days
