Family Medicine:
• Seeking coverage July – January
• Clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p
• Flexible schedule:

• Mon-Thurs (7a-6p) w/1 hour lunch
• Mon-Fri (8a-5p) w/1 hour lunch
• Mon-Thurs (7a-5:30p) w/30 min lunch
  • Patient Load: 20-25
  • Age Range: Teens to Geriatric
  • Outpatient Call (after hour needs) is rotated every 1 and 6 weeks
• Call is Monday to Monday
  • Solo coverage with 1 APP
  • 2 exam rooms
  • Blood drawn on site
  • EMR: EPIC
  • $150/hr
