• Seeking coverage starting in June

• June 4,10,23-25,29; 7p-8a
• June 5,13,21,28; 8a-7p
  • Days and Nights available
  • Average of 41 patients per day
  • Physicians and Mid Support
  • Must be Certified
  • Must have active OR State License and DEA
  • Must have BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS Certs
  • EMR: EPIC
