The Talent Society is seeking someone for a Business Development Role to join our team that is located in Plano, TX. We are a 6-year-old start up physician staffing company that prides ourselves on being different from everyone else. Overview:
The Talent Society provides temporary staffing for healthcare facilities nationally covering all specialties. Our recruiters match physicians to hospitals and clinics that are seeking physician coverage while they are understaffed.

Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to create and grow specific regions of the U.S.
- Learn, implement and execute marketing strategy with the medical community
- Consistently average 100 phone calls per day
- Must have a dedicated and all-in attitude towards the company
- Organize and maintain a lead pipeline
- Ability to turn prospects into leads for marketing and recruiting teams
- Willing and able to be on-call after hours
- Willing and able to perform job functions outside of the office
- Coachable and open-minded mentality to be learn the business
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Demonstrate salesmanship and the art of persuasion
- Flawless grammatical skills through written and verbal communication
- Basic computer skills
