Hematology/Oncology: • Seeking coverage starting May 10th – Ongoing • Need Monday – Friday Fulltime • Hours: 8a-5p w/ 30 min lunch (last patient is scheduled at 3:30p)
Plus night call
24 hour weekend call (w/ 2 hour gratis) • Call ratio 1:2 • 2 weekends a month • 10 night calls a month • On call for ER and Hospital • Typically 2-3 patient calls per night from 5p-9p, then dies down • Patient Load: 15 • Adults only • 60% Hem, 30% Onc • Will see all solid tumor and benign and malignant hem • Consults on admits, hospitalist team handles all admits • Will NOT need to do Bone Marrow biopsies, Lumbar, Port access or MBT consults care • 14 chair, 2-bedroom infusion room on site • APPs present during rounding • Support Staff: 2 Hem/Oncs, 3 APPs, Pharmacist support on site • Must have PA License and DEA • Must be Board Certified • EMR: EPIC (must have experience)
