Annual ER Volume: 9, 800K

CRNA:
• This facility needs coverage ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift time: M-F 7a-3:30p
• Night Call: M-F 3:30p-7a
• Weekend Call: Sat/Sun 7a-7a (24-hour call)
• Call Ratio: 1:3
• Minimum length of assignment: 1-2 weeks per month
• CRNAs will work independently
• Case Load: 10 cases per day
• OR: 2 ORs, 2 procedure rooms
• Age Range: Peds are rare, Adult and Geriatric are frequent
• Support Staff: RNs, Scrub Techs, CSS, CRNAs
• Procedures: General Surgical, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regionals, Plexus, Spinal, Regionals, Vent Management (Vents only until transferred to higher level of care)
• EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
• All candidates must be Board Certified (AANA)
• All candidates must have an active Michigan license
• All candidates must have active BLS, ACLS, PALS CPR certificates
• All candidates must have at least 1 year experience as CRNA
• All candidates must be willing and able to do Nerve Blocks (1yr exp.)
• This facility is willing to expedite privs as the need is URGENT
