We are working with the McLaren Medical Group at McLaren Bay Region Hospital in Bay City, MI. They are looking for some temporary Gastroenterology coverage over the next year and I wanted to touch base with you to see if you might have any availability to help out. 415 bed facility
Level 3 Trauma Center

This facility is looking for coverage ASAP through 2025
Inpatient and outpatient work
Schedule: 8a-5p with night call each night M-F
-8a-12p (clinic)
-1p-5p (hospital)
-5p-8a (night call)
No weekend call
Minimum assignment length accepted: 1-2 weeks per month
ERCP is required
Hospitalist support
2 colorectal surgeons in community
GI clinic location less than half a mile from hospital
30-45 days to privilege
$430-440 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
$500 per weeknight on call M-F
$516-528 per hour worked over the 8 hour guarantee M-F or any hour worked in the facility while on call M-F night
