o Daily Patient Volume: 12

o Required: BLS

o Typical cases: Mild depression, anxiety, loss/grief issues, prevention early detection

o Laboratory: blood drawing and analysis services available

o Prescriptions o Radiology: chest, abdominal and extremity x-rays available off site
