• Monday to Friday; 8a-5p, plus 24 hour call

• 2-3 weeks of clinic and 1 week of call

• Outpatient

• Average of 12-14 patients per day

• Must have BLS

• 13 exam rooms

• 1 each – Nurse Quality Supervisor

• 6 each – Medical Assistants

• EPIC

**Will accept candidates that need to get an OR state license

**Will take candidates for clinic only

**Will a take candidates for 1 week of call only
