• Seeking coverage April-June

• Working 7a-7p

• Seeking 3 week of coverage from April to June

• Average of 8-12 patients per shift

• Rounding in the ICU

• Closed ICU

• Rounding with respiratory therapist, pharmacist, social worker and critical care trained nurses

• EMR: Meditech/EPIC
